George was slated for success from the beginning. In 1985, his first year in real estate, George was named "Rookie of the Year." He has been a peak performer ever since with over half a billion dollars in real estate sales! He was a partner in Stickney & Schwarz Builders, Inc., designers and builders of premier homes in the Twin Cities from 1991 to 1999. George has been involved in existing home sales, luxury home construction, land development, lakeshore property sales and more.
He lives in Wayzata, Minnesota with his wife Joan. The Stickney family includes 3-sons, one a St. Olaf College graduate, another is attending Gustavus Adolphus College, and the third attends the University of St. Thomas. George has been a professional tennis instructor and a professional golf representative. He has been actively involved in the Orono athletic community and has enjoyed many years of little league baseball coaching, served on the Orono Hockey Board and has been involved with parks and athletic facility enhancements.

She is a life long Twin Cities resident who graduated with a B.A. in Sales and Marketing from the University of Minnesota. A talented athlete, she played Division 1 sports. She earned a Masters Degree from the College of St. Thomas in Curriculum Education and she was an educator for 16 years.
Today, an important part of her job is educating clients. Her background in education has taught her how to thoroughly think through a client's every need. Her passion for sports has molded her into a person who approaches every task with goal oriented drive and energy.
